What small details are you doing for your wedding to make it special?
I just bought all the supplies to make the old fashion wax seal on the back of my invites… we are getting an ice sculpture…
Are you doing anything different or small to make it more you?
Ha ha! Bubbles, I have to tell you, we did the same thing on our programs. We had such trouble getting the hang of it and some of the wax fell on the top of my foot and I had a scar for years from it! So practice a few times to get the hang of it before you do the envelopes so you dont waste any!
My sister and her husband did an awesome favor that really reflected the two of them. They got a small box and cut out a fake grass square on the bottom then they put in a personalized golf tee and a chocolate golf ball. They had met when they were paired together in a golf tournament and that favor was just perfect for the two of them. Thats the only wedding I every went to that I walked in and went now this is “John and Jane”. Funny how my sister planned nothing for that wedding, my other sister planned it for her because they lived out of the country.
For the anniversary party we are throwing we are doing our initial for our “theme” I have “D”s all over my house so thats kind of our thing.
