Your homework is about « passé composé »
Formation
Auxilary « être » or « avoir » in present tense + past participle of the verb (you have to learn them as in english)
When you use Être you have to make the agreement in gender and number
Stay = rester (use Avoir + resté)
Fall = tomber (action verb, use Être + tombé, agreement)
Come = arriver (action verb, see fall)
Climb = use a dictionary : http://www.wordreference.com/enfr/climb
Monter, action verb, see fall
Leave , action verb (quitter, partir, action verb – qutté, parti)
Go = aller, action verb (allé)
Born = naître, action verb (né)

I think you can do it. If not start with present tense, very important.
