Junkyards in New Jersey?
I do some modern sculpture and I’m looking for a junkyard in New Jersey/Eastern PA area to get materials from. Does anyone know anywhere? What are most junkyards policies about taking stuff out?
I know there is one in Rahway, NJ (or perhaps woodbridge). I went there to get a taillight for my pickup. It was right off of US 1 near the Rahway River. I am sure there are other closer to you though.
At least at the one I went through, you could not “browse”. You told the person what you were looking for and he got it and brought it to you.
