What would be a good Medium to make a large sculpture out of (for a beginner)?
I am currently drying a creative paperclay model but it of course is taking longer than I have and I Need to find a quicker air-drying medium! It’s also cracking, which I guess is common in larger sculptures.
Is there like a casting or plaster material I can use that will dry quickly?
I need it to dry quick, hard, and smoothly for this project. And I cannot use liquid plaster.
I really am lost.

though everything large will need a drying time.
A large paper mache sculpture will need an armature. An alternative might be plaster bandages. It does depend what exactly you are trying to do. As far as paper mache is concerned, you can speed up drying time using a space heater, but there are limits how fast you can go.
