Holstad Christian Biography and Exhibitions
Christian Holstad's art expresses an acute sensitivity to the emotional bases of everyday life. Drawings, sculptures, photographs, performances, collages and installations distill Holstad test results of a wide range of sources poetic reflections on love and loss.Hanging in Christian Holstad wall Brooklyn studio is a chain of glossy cardboard letters that reads infect others. Just a suggestion, really, but that could not be clear about the intentions of the artist. There is a tone of mischief to work Holstad is evangelical, but aims to repudiate bad faith at a time apparently stacked him.
