i need help making a grand canyon 3D sculpture?
i cut a 8 inch by 7 in, piece of carboard, the i drew out where the river adn canyons have to go. its goin to be pretty small, doesnt really hve to b accurate either. but i need to make a canyon sort of clifff. i have some white modeling clay, brown, burgundy, white, and blue paint (for the river) i buillt kind of a insdide structure for teh canyon so i dont have to use as much clay. but teh structure’s pretty lopsided, and made out of craft sticks.
also, i’m thinkking of doing paper machie if that stuff doesnt work. but how sould i do it? how do i make my base if its on the cardboard already. and then can soemone tell how ot paper mache and how to paint it ?
you need to go out and get (mexican clay) that is what it is called but be careful this stuff stains anything and put a very thin layer of it on the side of the cardboard. were the valley is at. then you want to spend a little of money on it then go out and get fake water. it comes in a small bottle and it hardens and looks like real water in the valley.
