For the ceremony;

bag pipes (if scottish)
acoustic guitar

and reception (which is to be in a stately home)
OUTSIDE
sleigh rides
snowmen/ice sculptures

santa grotto
snow blower
outside dance floor with live singer/band
INSIDE

Wouldn’t the reception be inside? By stately home, would this home have a second-floor ballroom with dual staircases ascending to it?
I would use the sleigh rides to transport people from their parking up to the house, with ice sculptures (no snowmen) and carolers along the way. I would leave the quartets and harpist for inside and have multiple greenery and Christmas trees in every room, with different colors in each room and as much candlelight, crystal, and mirrors as possible to reflect the light all around every room.
