How to make a sculpture of William Shakespeare?
either by paper mache or i had an idea that included using a mannequin head.
Please give me suggestions.
This is a lit project over The tragedy of Julius Caesar. We have to create a 3-d model of one of the characters, the capitol, of rome or another scene in the play. if you know if there is an animal or something easy that i can do that was in the play let me know.
Please be as descriptive as you can. try to list steps, materials needed, etc.
Why dont you sculpt a bird – the bird of night – Act 1 scene 111 – a bad omen suggesting something terrible would happen: A scene when the plot to kill Caesar is hatched:
And yesterday the bird of night did sit
Even at noon-day upon the market-place,
Hooting and shrieking. When these prodigies
Do so conjointly meet, let not men say
‘These are their reasons; they are natural;’
For, I believe, they are portentous things
You could either use modelling clay or papier mache, if so make a wire outline of the bird and then cover with papier mache, then paint it black.
Much easier than trying to sculpt a head. .
