How to make a Tim Burton-like sculpture?
well I’m always being compared to tim burton (art style and the more obsessive fans say personality-wise too) so I decided to try out one thing people have been urging me to do: Clay sculptures.
I want to make figurine-like models (you know like in his stop-motion films) I even made sketches but tring to figure out what materials would be best (what clay and how clothing would be made)
any tips and tutorial links would be good)
I guess polymer clay would work best if you don’t want to make anything large. You also won’t need a kiln or other expensive equipment. You can look through the images here to see what other people are making with it:

There are plenty of books and plenty of websites with instructions for working with polymer clay out there. Use google or check your library.
