I prefer just a manicure and nothing on my nails because I have had acrylic and other things on my nails and they were always soft and would break down to the skin and hurt so I stopped getting that, it isn’t healthy to have anything on your nails for too long or the nail cannot breath and be healthy which is why many turn yellow.
