What’s your favorite animal?
Clearly I like frogs, but it’s tied between a frog and platypus. There’s something about a beaver-duck mutation that puts a smile on my face.
I made one in ceramics in high school and that was the most badass sculpture to ever have been made in that classroom. It’s gracing the garden at my parents house for now, but when we get through this process of purchasing a home, I’m taking it back!

BQ- Do you consider yourself to be artistic?
I did a lot of sculpting in high school, not now because I don’t own a kiln, but I also did a lot of painting. Still do, just not nearly as much. It’s been probably a year since I completed a painting.
Platypus! Don’t steal my animal, chickie! Also…snakes…I want another snake so bad, I miss having one.
BQ – Yes — though, lately, I’m more ‘crafty’…what with having kids and all. I used to do a lot of painting / drawing, even once the kids had arrived…but then we went from 2 small children to 4 small children + a needy baby, so that’s…diminished a bit for now.
