what is Alexander Calder’s most famous artwork?
hey, i’ve got to do a big assignment on Alex Calder and I can’t find which one of his sculptures is the most famous and/or favourite.

his most well know piece is the large mobile in the Guggenheim Museum his other very famous one is the large spoon that lays across a stream like a bridge in a park in NYC among many artists of his time the most famous pieces for the wire circus acts that he made and gave shows with to friends while he would make the move and make the sounds of the animals they are very highly prized collectors items now. I personally like the army tank piece who’s gun is actually a long lipstick tube. Your local library which all too many people seem to forget exists has several books on Sandy and his work with great pictures so you can pick out your own favorite and not rely on other peoples judgment.
